How have your investments in BRXS properties performed in the last quarter of 2022?

This quarter we are paying out more than €10,000 in rental income with an average rental return of 5.25% across our portfolio of properties. Below you can find all the details per property: rental income, costs and cash reserves. For our first two properties, we are conducting an independent appraisal this month and we will update the performance once this information is available.
