We started BRXS to make real estate more accessible and fully support that everyone should have fair housing opportunities. Therefore we do not compete with young families and buyers looking to buy a home to live in. We do not do buy-to-rent but focus on existing rental properties.

The investment services of Brxs are provided by Brxs B.V, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number KvK Number: 84219491 and has its headquarters at Singel 542, 1017 AZ Amsterdam. Brxs does not fall under the supervision of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten - AFM).
