We keep track of all developments with regards to housing regulation to ensure that BRXS Properties properties continue to meet all criteria. This includes the new point system recently announced by the Dutch government (read more here).
We have always sourced all of our properties based on robust criteria. This approach has resulted in all of our existing properties being well above the point system criteria, even with any future change in regulation, so there is no immediate action required.
We will maintain this high-quality approach for future properties to ensure all measures are in place to make them regulation proof. Furthermore, we have advisors and partners (see here) well regarded within the real estate space with decades of experience, who advise us on what to look out for and what to prepare for.
BRXS is applying for a full AFM license in 2023 as it extends its activities.
