Do I have to pay taxes on my BRXS investments?

For Dutch residents

After each calendar year, BRXS will provide you with an account statement that can be used for the Box 3 section in your Dutch tax returns. You can find more information here.

No account statement will be issued for 2022, as your Box 3 tax returns look at your situation on 1 January 2022 and the issuance of BRXS notes did not start until after 1 January 2022.

The investment services of Brxs are provided by Brxs B.V, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number KvK Number: 84219491 and has its headquarters at Singel 542, 1017 AZ Amsterdam.
