BRXS takes care of everything related to the property’s management, including overseeing maintenance needs, finding and servicing tenants, and managing administration (e.g., accounting, insurances, taxes). For some of these tasks we also have a professional property management firm assisting us. As an investor, you do not have to worry about any of these things and you bear no responsibility for them.
For our property management efforts, we charge an all inclusive fee that is deducted from the rental income before the quarterly distribution to investors. The net rental income and expected return that you see on the property pages already includes this fee, so there is no further payment coming from you.
