For the selection and acquisition of properties, we follow a very selective internal process that conducts a thorough financial analysis of the property and also full due diligence on all potential risks and legal requirements. Our aim is to combine a low risk with solid returns, both from rental income as potential for appreciation. In this process we closely work together with our local real estate advisors.
We started BRXS to make real estate more accessible and fully support that everyone should have fair housing opportunities. Therefore we do not compete with young families and buyers looking to buy a home to live in. We do not do buy-to-rent but focus on existing rental properties.
