How does BRXS select & acquire properties?

The properties we acquire and make available for investment need to work long-term. Therefore, we have developed an internal process for selecting and acquiring what we see as high-quality, low-risk properties that deliver strong returns, both through appreciation and stable cash flows from rent.

In this process, we follow a data-driven approach and work closely together with local real-estate advisors. Prior to purchase, every property also undergoes an extensive structural inspection and financial audit.
