What if BRXS goes bankrupt or stops operating?

When you invest in a property, you don’t invest in BRXS but in the legal entity that owns that specific property. So if BRXS can no longer manage the property, the property will be sold and proceeds will be distributed to all investors after repayment of the outstanding mortgage (in case there is a mortgage on the property).
