Thank you for helping to grow the BRXS community. As part of growing this community, BRXS, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("BRXS") may invite you to participate in a referral program to encourage people to use the BRXS website. Participating in a referral program (either by referring your friends and/or family or signing up with a referral link or code) can be a great way for BRXS users to receive credits ("Referral Reward").
BRXS Referral Program rules (the "Rules") apply to referral programs that are managed by BRXS. By accepting and sharing your referral link or code or by signing up with a referral link or code, you are agreeing to be bound by these Rules. Any violation of these Rules will not only prevent you from participating in any BRXS referral program (now or in the future), but could also result in the forfeiture or retraction of BRXS credits, money, or other rewards earned through the program and even the deactivation of your account.
In addition, there may be other terms that apply to your Referral Reward. If such applies, please see the additional terms that came with your invitation or those provided on our website when you made your referral.
Please note that these Rules are in addition to the Terms of Use as updated from time to time and can be found on the BRXS website.
Anyone may be a referrer/inviter who (a) is a legal resident of the Netherlands, (b) is of legal age (c) has an BRXS account in good standing. Referrers/inviters cannot have more than one account with BRXS.
Your friends, family, and other people you know (but not yourself) may be eligible to be referees/invitees as long as they (a) do not have an existing account already and/or have made an investment already (b) are a legal resident of the Netherlands (c ) are of legal age (d) complete the actions required by the specific referral program.
BRXS has the right to limit the number of times you may use or share your referral link or code based on the referral program in which you participate. In the event your link or code has a limit, please refer to the terms of the specific referral program in which you are participating.
BRXS wants you to share your referral link or code and earn Referral Rewards, however referral links or codes must solely be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
As long as you and your referee/invitee follow these Rules and the Terms of Use which can be found on the BRXS website, and you have an activated account and made at least one investment you should receive your Referral Reward after your referee/invitee uses your link or code to sign up with BRXS and has made at least one investment.
Please note that all unused BRXS referral credits automatically expire after 180 days, unless stated otherwise in a specific BRXS referral program, if an exception applies please check the specific additional terms that came with your invitation.
Credits earned through a BRXS referral program may not be used in combination with other promotional codes. Credits may be accumulated and redeemed with credits earned from other referrals.
In the event you used credits to invest and you want to resell to BRXS, the credited amount shall not be reimbursed.
The referee needs to have an activated account and will receive their credit when sign up is complete. The credit is automatically applied to the first investment made by the referee.

In the event a referee uses credits to invest and wants to resell to BRXS, the credited amount shall not be reimbursed.
BRXS reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrer/inviter's or referee/invitee's ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer and/or referee/invitee), abuse, or any violation of these Rules. If BRXS ends any referral program, any unused or unredeemed Referral Rewards may be forfeited at that time, provided we give you 14 days of notice to use or redeem your Referral Rewards.
BRXS may update these Rules at any time. If BRXS makes an update, BRXS will post the update on the brxs.com website and applications and provide you notice of the update. Continued participation in any referral program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update.
