Like so many, we understood the value of investments in real estate but struggled to get started. We did not have the required capital and really had no idea where to begin. We also did not have a few hours every month to actively manage a property’s maintenance and upkeep.
The unfortunate reality is that the real estate market remains largely unchanged. Not many have access to great investment properties in urban areas. Those who do, of course, enjoy all the great benefits. We think this should change.
Introducing a different way to invest in real estate, essentially democratizing the process by providing a marketplace for investors to buy and trade rental property notes, is what fuels BRXS.
BRXS is applying for a full AFM license in 2023 as it extends its activities.
